D1.10 Social engagement tools and procedures
One of the structuring axes of SPARCS is to promote co-ownership by citizens and stakeholders, actively involving them in shaping a vision for the future and
implementing interventions that lead to that vision. In this context, the present report ‘Social Engagement Tools and Procedures”, part of the project’s “Social Empowerment” task aims to translate the overall social engagement strategy applied throughout the project. This includes specific activities carried out by each city and local consortium partner, all of which contributed to the successful execution of the strategy. Additionally, the report provides an overview of the tools and methodologies developed and used horizontally across the project to foster stakeholder involvement and social empowerment.
Besides reflecting on the extensive work done by the consortium partners, this deliverable also aims to serve as a reference and guide, offering tools and procedures to promote social empowerment. It presents insights and lessons learned that can inform future activities by consortium partners beyond the timeline of the SPARCS project, as well as for other cities and institutions pursuing similar objectives and pathways.
