WP 2 - Monitoring and Impact Assessment

This deliverable report of SPARCS proposes a Holistic Impact Assessment Framework for smart cities by gathering learnings from previous prominent Smart Cities related projects and enhancing this knowledge using this consortium’s expertise. A seven-step methodology and a wide variety of Key Performance Indicators are introduced for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of planned interventions in Lighthouse Cities taking into account the broad capacity and replication potential of interventions in Fellow and other cities.
