WP 7 - Exploitation and Business Ecosystems

The current document constitutes the first version of the SPARCS exploitation plan andreports on the preliminary activities performed under the context of T7.5 “Exploitationand Business Innovation Planning”, from the respective SPARCS business partners towards defining the initial strategy for the exploitation and commercialization of theSPARCS outcomes and fulfilling the objectives of the consortium.

To this end, D7.6 presents the preliminary activities performed towards the definition ofthe first version of SPARCS Exploitation Plan, describing the selected methodology andfocusing on the preliminary definition of: a) the SPARCS Key Exploitable Results and their characteristics and b) the SPARCS individual exploitation strategies of the involvedpartners. The methodology followed is in line with the project’s objectives and aims at the maximisation of the exploitation potential of the SPARCS results, both at an individual level and as a whole.

A wide list of Key Exploitable Results has been identified and analysed in the current document along with the identification of opportunities, potential users and intended technology readiness at the end of the project, covering solutions related to the PED and PEB optimization, e-Mobility and City-Wide Smart ICT tools. The business partners’ individual exploitation plans, their roles and a risk and benefit analysis of the targeted solutions of the involved partners are also presented, targeting at the maximization of the project’s impacts.
