The city of Leipzig invites you to ‘Saving Energy in Times of Rising Prices: How to Keep your Costs Under Control’. The consultation is being organised in cooperation with SPARCS as part of Leipzig-Neulindenau’s concept for an energy-efficient district.
Interested citizens can receive free information and advice on all aspects of saving energy. For example, Caritasverband Leipzig e.V. will provide information about electricity savings; Mosaik Leipzig e.V. will be on hand with experts to answer questions about saving heating costs; and Wohnen & Service Leipzig GmbH (WSL), as a subsidiary of the LWB, will answer your questions about digital solutions.
The Dunckerviertel, in Leipzig’s Neulindenau District, serves as a model for testing sustainable, networked energy systems for the supply of electricity and heat. Together with active public participation, the city of Leipzig will develop an environmentally and climate-friendly residential area here.
SPARCS is an EU-funded project supporting the creation of energy-positive city districts such as the Dunckerviertel. SPARCS supports Leipzig on its way to becoming a modern city of the future: intelligently networked, carbon-neutral and worth living in for all citizens.
