The first nationwide Digital Day (ger. Digitaltag) took place on 19th of June and the city of Leipzig participated with many interesting activities all about different aspects of digitalisation. Of course, SPARCS was one of the main topics discussed in Podcasts and Videos. The Digital Day was the perfect platform to inform about ideas, goals and specific strategies which will be implemented through the SPARCS project in Leipzig! Interested residents explored information about the project in general and how they can benefit from it in the future.

Digital Day is a completely virtual online event with many exciting online formats such as webinars, podcasts, videos and virtual guided tours. Other topics discussed were 5G and its benefits for life-saving measures, digitalisation in museums and archives and urban data and how it can be implemented in Leipzig and many more.

The event will be in German and participation is free.
