Visits to the demo sites in the two lighthouse cities, Leipzig and Espoo, took place in September and October. After more than two years of the pandemic, partners from the SPARCS consortium gathered in Leipzig at the end of September to see the progress of Leipzig demo sites: Baumwollspinnerei and Duncker Demo District.

On 24 and 25 October, the partners went to Espoo for a visit to the three Finnish demo sites – Sello, Lippulaiva and Kera, to learn about citizen engagement and energy solutions deployed there.
